Refund policy

1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process a refund or exchange.
2. Return Location
Return instructions and the appropriate return address are provided by our customer service team after your request has been approved. Please do not send items to our registered business address, as this location is not a returns facility and packages may be refused or lost.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged or defective, we will take responsibility and offer a free replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, you may do so within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Not show signs of use, damage, odors, or alterations.
5. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact us: Email info@simplehomeshop.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Receive instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the correct return address.
- Pack and ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and return it using a tracked shipping method. Please keep your tracking number for reference.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. The original item must be returned before a replacement is shipped.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Undergarments and hygiene-sensitive products.
- Socks or similar personal-use items.
- Products clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
